Why Should The Insulating Oil Be Filtered?
The transformer oil is affected by external impurities, contact with the air, and the high operating temperature of the transformer itself, so the transformer oil gradually deteriorates. After the transformer oil is used for some time, many harmful impurities generated during the operation of the transformer will be incorporated, which will reduce the quality of the transformer.
Insulating Oil Filtration Serves Two Important Purposes
1. To filter out the impurities in the transformer oil, keep the transformer oil pure, facilitate the smooth flow of the transformer oil in the thermal cycle, and facilitate the heat dissipation of the transformer.
2. To filter out the moisture, prevent deterioration, and keep good insulation performance of the transformer oil. To avoid explosion caused by short circuit because of the discharge of live parts inside the transformer to the iron core and the box due to the deterioration of the transformer oil.

Notice:

2. Before the operation, pay attention to the direction of motor rotation, which should conform to the arrow direction.
